I don’t like to slag off Devs, because they are doing something I largely can’t (my stories suck probably more than the worst on here). But after thinking about this VN here going as as patron-only all I have to say I don’t think I could do any worse. The graphics here are adequate, really not all that (Honey Select or Unity, even a noob developer knows to use those) but they do the job but they are coupled with an obvious and almost non-existant system of maintenace. Its appalling to say the least. The scenes leave a lot to be desired. Does this game have any redeeming features as a paid game? I really don't know but as it is, there is no way anyone is going to pay money for something that never gets updated or taken care of.
Crappy devs release crappy games and then put top dollar price tags on their merch, then expect top dollar support on patreon while catering to whatever few they can actually get on Patreon, then wonder why almost nobody supports them anymore.
Waifu Academy is another one that went to the dogs and abandoned now because of THIS.
The noob (new) version of Kunoichi Trainer just came out, and its even worse than what it already was. Its a garbled mess, the coding is so bad it was most likely translated from ancient stone tablets. It is that bugged.
The art is fine but the delivery is terrible. All you can really do is just cheat to select which scene you want, because you can forget about actually getting to them in game. That guy needs to quit (or hire a decent programmer).
looks the same to me. any good graphics editor could have smoothed out those images and adjusted the contrast and sharpness. Instead, Id do image compression. this exact same game download is available on a porting site for barely 87MB.

Story quality is as good as any generic porn intro at most. Content quality is cheap. Renders are bad mostly. Not as active or regular updates to keep looking out for.

They been posted for a year straight and have all led to... you guessed it, a BIG NOTHING. So why should anyone be interested in a devlog at this point, much less actually go and read one?
Bottom line is this is one of, if not the, most neglected project that I have seen, and it literally doesn't have to be that way. All you have to do is just release what you have in the form of decimal updates so that interest can be kept in your project, like only nearly every other dev on itch.io or literally anywhere else does. Instead, what's been done has only been a great way to destroy whatever base he has/had built up, man. Come on, even you have to admit going this long is just utterly ridiculous, and it's not like graphics here are state of the art or anything that require "all this super advanced time consuming totally brand new tech" upgrades to generate. It's just utter nonsense and total BS used to conceal the fact the dev is doing nothing except milking his Patreon supporters for everything possible.
A lot of devs do that, and it's very easy to spot those that do if you can read between the lines and have a functioning brain. And what we have right here is a classic example of one doing so. While the game may be "free" why don't you take a look at how much monetary support each month is drawn on his Patreon. Multiply that by times 12 and, unless you're one of those who can't see anything unless it literally hits you in the face, there it is right there - he drew that much, and didn't do a damn thing.
Best part about this: I'm the only one participating in this post other than the HSPV people. They are gonna say it's because the game is dead, but in reality, it's because people don't want to deal with the toxic kids here.
